"Never let park on grass"

"Our driver and I wish I knew name was fantastic She dropped us off at the airport and when inside I later realized I had left some important medication behind in our room. I called Sonesta and she went and got my meds and promptly brought to me at the airport So grateful and thankful for her good deed"

"The room looked great until I found a hair on the bed. I called the front desk for housekeeping to bring fresh sheets. I was told that housekeeping was not available in the evening. Then the clerk assured me that the hair on the bed belonged to someone from housekeeping, how could she have known that? Also, the hotel had one elevator working. The breakfast was great, had good options. Craig at the front desk was AWESOME!!"

"The front desk staff are amazing! They made me feel important and cared."

"Had a great stay , fast check in service , rooms are very well kept, staffing was amazing"

"Clean"

"First time I've stayed at a Hyatt House, which seems to be Hyatt's equivalent of Hilton's Hampton Inn. Nice spacious room. The little kitchen seemed pretty usable (though we didn't). Lots of places to eat nearby. The "free" breakfast was meh; not as good as Hampton Inn's. Not as well-prepared and not as much variety."

"Price was right, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts were tasty and well prepared, and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend it."

"Courteous and friendly staff. Room was somewhat outdated, but was clean. Breakfast was minimal at best."

"Was a good stay."

"room was very spacious and very clean; friendly and helpful staff; breakfast was excellent with great choices, could have variety of fresh fruits"

"This is a no-frills, inexpensive stay to be close to the airport. It was a fine place to sleep and not much else."
