"Very clean and most people helpful. The charges when I got there were much higher than my expediate receipt showed that I would owe at property. Slots are extremely tight. Restuarants are few and some don't open until 5:00 PM. Best part of the whole trip was a cup of Starbucks coffee."

"The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was cereal, boiled eggs, sausage sandwiches, cereal and waffles. No pool or hot tub. There is no fridge or microwave in the single queen rooms. Website says available upon request, which is false. The only option was to upgrade at $15 more per day to have a room wirh fridge and microwave. Otherwise, rooms were clean, I would stay again."

"The hotel was immaculate and smelled very good. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Sam on the overnight! Every hotel should have an employee like her! Shannon on days was super helpful and friendly as well! The pool was very clean as well as every part of this hotel. The Housekeeping staff do an excellent job!"

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and out. Nice updated clean room. It was quiet, so no trouble sleeping. Temperature was adjustable which was great! I love a cold room for sleeping. We would stay here again!"

"The tubs in our rooms were not clean , carpet had red stains on it looked to be like blood office staff said it was paint but yet there was nothing in the hotel or in the rooms that was painted red. Would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. The construction workers hung out in the parking lot drinking beer felt very unsafe going to and from the car. Pool was out of order. Had we known all this we would have stayed elsewhere. The so-called Continental breakfast was poorly...

"We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly."
