EVERYTHING WAS OK.I JUST WASN'T ABLE TO USE OUR CREDITS FOR SPA DUE TO LACK OF TIME.WE WERE ALWAYS ON THE GO.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL AND STAFF.

Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside

The reception was so kind, we loved the lake terrace view and the pool. They no longer charge for pool chairs, as I had read previously in reviews - thankfully!! I was surprised to find that I would have to pay extra to have clean towels or service. I opted not to.

Paulo was an amazing host! Gave us dinner recommendations as well as answering any questions we had. Pillows should be upgraded, way too flat. Washer and dryer with complementary detergent was great.
