Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
A single use needle cap for an insulin or ozempic pen was on the floor of my room when I checked it. I was also unhappy that I could not cast my devices to the TV. Other than these issues, I was happy with my stay. The pool and changing rooms were exceptionally clean.
