Our room was dirty upon check in and the air wasn’t working. While the hotel itself and the staff was great there was no attention to the issues we flagged when calling the front desk.

Fantastic staff! Very friendly and helpful, loved that we were able to txt the front desk and they answered quickly. Even gave us a complementary late check out till 12pm. Clean updated rooms. Wish we we had more time to use the amenities
