Very Strange Property, managed by an old couple who don't understand or speak English well. The check in process was not clear. We had to wait and look for the owner. They took copy of my credit card again at the property despite the fact that through Expedia I was charged twice, not sure as advance. The owner charged me again without my consent, and when I mentioned that I was charged twice same amount as advance, he said tomorrow I will o to office and check. After requesting continuously after our trip one of the advance charged was reversed. But the second advance is still not reversed despite pleading with him every day twice. another important thing: The property on Expedia is registered as Cabbagetown Inn but the credit card transactions happened through Dragon Gate Inn. When I asked Expedia about this, they mentioned oh this is not the same property. How can this happen? It seems like there is something fishy and it is an organized syndicate or a nexus. If my balance advance payment is not reversed within next few days, I will report it to the relevant authorities for action.
