"We stayed at the hotel last week for 5 nights. Firstly the beds were one of the best we've stayed in on our whole month long trip around Canada. The suite was very spacious and had everything we needed including good kitchen facilities and a washing machine which was very useful. The hotel staff were so helpful. We had an issue with one of our cases not arriving at Toronto airport and they helped us all week trying to contact the airline and gave us advice Big shout out to David on the Concierge desk, he was excellent."

"The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean but sofa bed was not at all comfortable. On site parking was a big plus however we were disappointed that parking was an additional charge of $35 daily."

"This is our go to place to stay when we fly in and out of Toronto before heading off to visit family elsewhere in Ontario. We love the location for easy access to the airport, and it is always a smooth check-in process with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is always very clean. We noticed a few more signs of wear and tear but overall still looks great. Will be back on our next round of travel to Ontario and would recommend to friends and family if they need a place to stay."
