Great location downtown Toronto. The room was small but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The best treat is the 27th floor adult pool, hot tub, and observation deck. Gorgeous!

Conditions of the rooms are terrible. Bed is very uncomfortable. Terrible experience with bathroom tub and shower condition. Internet is practically non existent, TV remote not working, no screen mirroring, other noisy guests shouting in the hallway until 1am in the morning. I would never stay there ...

Earlier check in time by an hour without extra charge would be good idea for those that may want to go to the baseball game. Found a coffee cream packet under bed and piece of toilet paper hanging from sprinkler, so more attention to cleaning detail is needed.

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
The staff were very helpful and made some accommodation to let us check in a bit early. The room was well appointed and very clean. Staff during our stay were very friendly and helpful calling and holding elevators. Would definitely stay there again!
