Old and dated. Cleanish - maybe don’t look too hard. This however is acceptable considering the relatively affordable rates for the location.

One King West Hotel & Residence
Just letting you know that one of the rooms booked under my bookings did not gave hot water on Saturday, which meant showers were not had that day. Disappointed in that, but otherwise the stay was good.
