The room was huge. The water pressure was great! The heating system was loud. There was no Recycling bin in the room. The elevator to the underground parking wasn’t working. You could only enter the hotel off one street.

The best part about this hotel is it is located right at the heart of downtown and a few steps away from the subway station. The rooms are a bit cramped but real estate space must be a luxury in this part of Toronto. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly.
