"I didn't make use of the hotel amenities much because I was just in town one night for business and a baseball game, but it's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location just steps from Union Station. The room was clean and comfortable."

"I don’t think they damaged my car but I noticed after we left there was a posting to move all vehicles in the lot for pressure washing. An email notification or staff check in would have been great. Also concierge unable to get things like case of water etc. very clean, great location/rooms"
