"The rooms are old and outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t working due to “chemical issues,” and there were ducks swimming in the pool. It was disgusting to have duck poop in the pool. Our first room had no hot water and we had to switch rooms."

"When I first drove up to this hotel I was pretty dissapointed. The location is just kind of sad - right off the highway - trash and houseless folks. There is a super ugly chain link fence separating the hotel from the off ramp from the highway. Across the street is an ominous property that looks like it's about to be a data center.
But overall I did enjoy my stay. The central courtyard with garden and pool offered a welcome retreat from the outer ugliness. And the rooms were comfortable, albeit...
