We booked this property for the amazing price. Arrived to the hotel around 11pm ready to check in and relax. Was told by the gentleman of an unexpected fee for parking deposit of $75 which "will be back in our account in 5 business days" and the $16 fee to park our car there while we stay the night. Unfortunately we had cash only at the time but did see i had enough on my cards to pay so when i went back in line i had an older lady help me this time. Thats when she told me that i couldnt pay with 2 cards had to be with 1. I asked why and as she rolled her eyes to her coworker next to her she kept saying that 1 card only. Couldnt get a refund because i booked the hotel using a 3rd party, so i wouldn't get my full refund. Thank god for cash app i was able to transfer all into 1 card and get my key. Next the room, other than no shampoo and no conditioner it had hair in the tub, door and mold spots in the cealing. Towels looked dirty and crusty, like if someone dried their wet hands on it but didn't unroll it. Bed was not comfortable and pillows flat. Would not book here again. Recommendation if you absolutely need to stay at this location: bring ID for all adults, they denied a family to stay the night because their elderly mom didnt bring her ID to the trip. Be parking fee and parking deposit ready or else you'll have the same issue as i did. Most of all book your room thru them, to get your full refund in case of any issue you encounter.
