"There is a loud street and tunnel directly in front of the guest house. Bring ear plugs it doesn’t stop all night. The guest house is really cool and really clean with amazing views and close to everything. Great property but there is the noise factor. "

"We had high hopes when we booked this accommodation and we were certainly not disappointed. The location of this property is genuinely breathtaking as it provides perfect views of the Douro and of the neighbouring Vila Nova de Gaia. "Excellent location with great view of Porto cathedral! Many restaurants, shops and walking distance to Sao Bento station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided good overview of apartment and suggestions for eating at which restaurants! Loved our stay, highly recommend! "Great central location! Bring ear plugs and good walking shoes ++ hilly in Porto! Big thank you to Joao for being patient with us as we navigated the streets of Porto to find the parking and walking us over to the property. Again as mentioned in other reviews the property does not have an elevator and it was 3 levels to our suite. There are amazing selections of restaurants nearby!! Best place for breakfast is Confeitaria dos Clerigos (shop next to the Starbucks)- try the grilled chicken...

"Everything was great except too wordy instructions to enter into the apartment. If you have a car to park and unload luggage it is very hard because you just have to park on the road without any shoulders, hardly impossible to think to park there for a minute. If you use public transportation, this is a great place to stay. Good location, great view, very clean. Bathroom shower door need to be fixed. Every time you shower, water is all over the floor. "

"Beautiful room and property. We were in last unit closest to trains so it was noisy when windows opened but we got used to it. Great location. Housekeeping was wonderful when we had requests. The breakfast was great, loved the cooked to order choices. Had a great dinner at the restaurant directly across the street. Would stay here again. Had an adorable picnic table outside our door. "

"Nice host lady. There are a lot of stairs and cannot drive all the way to the door of the place however, it is worth to walk with the suitcases to get the place lol. You will get to have the most beautiful sceneries in Porto! Do not forget to bring your key with u all the time. 😂 I just came l out for view like 5mins right in front of the door but It is locked automatically!! Lol had to call my host to get a spare key. Thank god she was very nice. Lol"

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...
