The staff picked us up at the bus station at night, due to the lack of a local shuttle service, no extra cost. The bedroom and bathroom were large and clean. The breakfast was spectacular. "The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa. We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks.
