"Our room was always clean, the staff members at the Restaurant were always friendly, welcoming and friendly.
I was really bother by one of the staff members at the door. I understand you have to make sure people staying at the hotel are the only ones walking into. The same man stopped me three different days asking me if he can help me and holding me and my wife out the door. I was there for 8 days. Come on, you see my card for my room I'm staying here.
On the other hand, there was one man very helpful, courteous, friendly. I couldn't get his name, but he is from Venezuela. You guys need to give him a raise. He is welcoming, warm and very helpful. He was covering for someone else, but he is a great guy.
