"I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the elevator, it’s very slow and I thought I was stuck several times. I must say my hotel was the highlight of Madrid the staff at the front desk was amazing I didn’t get their names. The bar was amazing except one lady didn’t greet me until after I was sitting there for 7 minutes which was quite unsettling. Madrid is beautiful but I didn’t feel welcomed overall outside of my hotel."
