I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. "We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "I was very satisfied with my stay at Exe Hotel Puerto de Sagunto. Everything was very good overall — the room, the service, and the general experience all met my expectations. My only small suggestion would be about breakfast. I missed having fresh vegetables available, and I think adding them would make the breakfast even better. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything and truly enjoyed my stay."
