"Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine. "

"Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord. The receptionist isn't necessarily friendly but definitely helpful. The room service is limited since they are cooperating with another company to handle it. "This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. "Das Appartement war sehr schön, sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein sehr gepflegtes Duschbad. Der Pool auf dem Dach war leider nur von 10 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet."

Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose de moelleux, l’hôtel a plutôt retiré la couette de sa housse. Nous avons donc pris nous-mêmes la seconde couette du garde-robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour afin d’avoir un minimum de confort. "The hotel is “ok”. The location is very good and accessible. For some reason the hotel just stank, it smelled like bathroom. In our room it smelled liked poop and in the hallways. I dont know if they have an issue with the bathrooms but it just smelled bad. The air conditioning was working well ans we notified and they said they couldn’t do anything. It was very hot we were sweating sleeping. Also the room doesn’t have much lighting its a very dark soom. Breakfast was mid."
