"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable.
In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

"DONT STAY HERE, during the stay the bed had bed bugs, I had beg bug bits on my arm and my partner had it on her leg, the bites were in a curved shape and we even had pictures of it, she even had to throw out all her clothes that was in the luggage, staff agreed to refund us but after we left they changed their words and said they only agreed to partial refund. absolutely crazy."
