Good breakfasts - not much change day to day, but there was such a big range I could change what I ate from day to day. Some things would run out (like yoghurt, or tomatoes) and not be replaced for days. That was a little odd. The room was OK, but a bit hot in winter time (and hard to get the temperature down). The guest laundry sounds good, but the drying machine hardly worked and it was under huge pressure as there was one of them and it was slow (but two clothes washing machines). The lack of house keeping is not a great option - I stayed for 8 nights and the sheets/towels (etc) were not replaced once. That really let the place down.

Very good quality price. One of the best, within walking distance to the center of the city and close to the airport with free shuttle. Staff members are welcoming and helpful.

I was very pleased with my 4 night stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s a brand new building and the rooms are very spacious, clean, quiet and having a kitchenette (which includes a fridge, dishwasher and stove) was a bonus. The front desk staff were so helpful with directions and accommodating my requests. The airport bus (for inexpensive weekend departure) is a 5 minute walk away, as well as a grocery store, local bistros, bakery and pharmacy. I highly recommend staying here as a solo traveller, with your family or while you’re in Toulouse for business.

The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable. The pictures show that the rooms have balconies, but they do not. Nice outdoor terrace to sit on.

Clean hotel, lovely staff who were very welcoming. Sadly our room smelled of blocked drains for the entire stay which was a shame. It would have been nice to have coffee filters as we had to go to several shops to find some. Room was clean and had extra towels though. Please be aware though the location is not in the city centre so it is about a 30 minute walk or bus ride.

A good apparthotel with excellent amenities. Easy access from airport on the navette. Drawback if you are on foot is that it is 30 minutes walk to centre and 40 minutes to train station. Otherwise recommended.

Insisted on taking my contact details under pretense of informing me of if I left any objects behind; but then seem to have sent back a medically urgent package addressed to me at the 39 rue du Béarnais address listed on their website for "mauvaise addresse" without asking, not even alerting me of their action, let alone apologizing. I would never trust them with any post.
