"The room was clean and nice for families. Ours had a pretty view of the mountains. Right across the street from Costco which was great for our family. Shopping close by. Breakfast was good with lots of options."
"This property has a lot of potential because the location is absolutely beautiful and the surrounding area is one of its biggest selling points. The restaurant staff was also amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and one of the highlights of our stay. The checkout process was smooth and easy as well.
That said, for the price paid, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The room had a strong musty/moldy odor that was hard to ignore, and with no air conditioning, it made the stay fairly uncomfortable. The fan provided was appreciated, but it wasn’t enough to fully offset the issue.
The room is definitely showing its age, with noticeable stains on the furniture and bleach stains on the carpet. While I understand some older properties have character, there’s a difference between charm and lack of upkeep. At this price point, I expected accommodations that felt fresher, better maintained, and more in line with the standard the location suggests.
Overall, the hotel is in a more secluded area with great views is in a fantastic area and has so much potential, but management really needs to invest more into updating and maintaining the rooms to match what guests are paying."
"Breakfast was very good with views that were even better. We especially enjoyed the free tesla charging stations. Units spread out over large piece of property so never felt crowded."
"I asked to change the bed sheets as soon as I arrived because there was multiple hairs all over bedding they came to change them and those had same issue I had to wait for them to be changed 3 times I asked for a superviser to give me a discount because of the inconvenience and he told me no the couches had white all over them like if a male put his sperm there it was so disgusting I even asked to change rooms and they said they couldn’t it was so horrible and upsetting that I drove 9 hours and had to come to this and no one even was able to accommodate me"
