"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."
