"We stayed on the first floor and don’t recommend anyone stay on this floor as it get very noise in the night time. Every night we hear people’s yelling and fighting. Food is very good specially at the dinner time at specialty restaurants and no reservation required. It’s first come first serve. Overall good experience except the noise issue at night time"

"We booked for 4 nights and 5 days but our flight through Expedia got delayed. We ended up staying only 3 nights and 4 days but we are requesting our money back for the 1st night that we missed. Both Expedia and Riu Santa Fe have horrible customer service but our stay was good. We need to be reimbursed for our first night."

"My family of four had a great time at this resort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the “garden view” penthouse also overlooks the ocean. The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this resort! "

"We had an amazing vacation. This property is stunning and the food was delicious. Not your average “all inclusive”. We were able to whale watch from one of the many pools with ocean views every day which was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious, multiple restaurants to choose from with lots of different options and the grounds are kept immaculate. Highly recommend. Also shout out to the entertainment staff Galilea, Evelyn, Raziel, Miguel & Natalie who kept our kids entertained and some other honorable mentions who went above and beyond: Jonathan (club side), Noe, Ignacio and Eduardo. "

"We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."

"Special thanks to our besch attendant Mercedes for such good service at beach. The only problems we had were at the Italian restaurant. Twice we went there to put our name on wait list and waited for 45 -60 minutes Both times when we returned in said time they had missed our time and had no tables for another long time. We always ended going elsewhere. Very poorly managed"

"The room was a little dated, some of the small fixtures were falling apart, the shower head was wonky… but overall the room was very nice, just a little dated. With small updates, and attention to these small details, this resort would easily be a 5 star resort. The service was 10/10, sometimes took long but we understood it was pretty packed. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely go back and if we did, we would stay here again. "
