"hotel was well situated in a quiet location with restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean, but small, taking a Shower is a challenge in the small shower cubicle but plenty of hot water. "Atmospheric Chateau but in need of a little upgrading. Staff were great and very helpful. Grounds were excellent to walk round. Breakfast was quite reasonable but dinner was poor value. Definitely plan on eating out. Rooms were huge but our bathroom had only a bath with no shower which given how big it was seemed a little strange. The Chateau is dog friendly which we appreciate and overall we enjoyed our stay "

We would stay there again for sure. Our one regret was that we only stayed one night. "We really enjoyed this hotel. It was an easy walk to many restaurants, chateaus and the Sunday Market along the river. Coming back from our outings felt like coming home to our own mini chateau. The room was very large and comfortable. The toilet was a long distance from the separate sink/shower but we found this to be the case in a few of the hotels we stayed at in France outside of Paris. There was no curtain on the bathroom window which made me a little uncomfortable, but that’s just me....
