"The pool was closed for the season but hottub was open and perfect temperature the one day we used it. It was a great stay. Very close to everything including arches, townhouse was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved the loft and bunk beds. "

"My room was quiet, the bed was so comfy, and as a single traveler I had ample room. I loved being handed a physical key instead of a magnetic door card. And the fact that I could pull the back of my car right up to the door of my unit for easy loading and unloading."

"The worst hotel experience I've had, smelly bathroom which went uncleaned, and extremely rude management who lied repeatedly about timelines to justify not compensationg me for a room I had to check out from early. I have stayed here several times before without the slightest complaint. The room wasn't filthy, it just smelled bad, but they did nothing about it aside from trying to very rudely gaslight me, and try to charge me for nights I didn't stay there."

"This hotel was awesome! We came down for a quick weekend getaway and didn’t want to leave! Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great, with a heated pool, hot tub and nice deck area. Also had a good cafe, ping pong and other games. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! "

"Rooms were small, bathrooms were designed not to have locks, kind of hard to stay when sharing a room with non-family members. Breakfast was boring they have the same items on both days that we were there. Communication was terrible from staff to housekeeping, we did not have certain items upon arrival, went downstairs talked to the front desk to request these items, but when housekeeping came the next day these items were not taken care of. Their pool was not even open, not that we would have...

"This place was amazing! The fireplace was on when we arrived which was a nice treat on a cold night! The rooms were so clean and decorated like you’re staying at a posh boutique hotel! The staff were so friendly! Hot tub was very large and hot!! Definitely will be back!! "

"Very limited food menu. Small rooms, one bed only per room. No microwave, no refrigerator. Room was still dark, even though the lights were all on. Bathroom also had inadequate water lighting. "
