"This hotel was listed on Expedia as "breakfast included" ... we discovered the first morning we charged $30, it isn't included, unless you 3yrs or younger! The manager was available to talk too...So we feel like it was a "Bait & Switch, because if you look today on Expedia ,its still listed as 'breakfast included" Also for the 5 days we were there the Fire Escape door to the staircase was wedge open 24 hrs day!!!"

"We’ve stayed here for years, but lately the cleanliness and comfort of the room has declined significantly. Our shower had a roach, which was a first at a hotel for me, so it was very unsettling. The floor could use a good cleaning & the pillows were the puffiest I’ve ever had so I woke up with neck pain. That could just be my personal preference though. The pool was the only highlight of the trip. It was very spacious and a perfect temperature, especially on a hot July day."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moab Rustic Inn. It was a tremendous value for the price. Lower cost than many of the other hotels in town. The room was very clean and had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and a kitchen sink in the room along with wonderful products for hair and skin in the bathroom. "I really enjoyed this place ! Was the first time I had stayed there. Only complaint I would have and this is just being really picky, I wish that instead of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms they would have made one of the bedrooms a living room type setting. There’s no where really to sit down and eat or relax and made one of the bathrooms a mini kitchen ? Lastly I wish they would have provided a broom, you park on sand gravel material and it tracks in a lot. I do like the place and will...

"Arrived and waited a bit for front desk clerk to show up. Property was clean and great location to be able to walk downtown. They did show us a sign stating we might find June bugs in our room. We did find one but it was ok. Loved the location and the breakfast cafe offered. Would stay here again."
