Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. "I have stopped in central Florence many times but this gem of a hotel is a first. It was so convenient to be so central, just a short distance from the Piazza Signoria and close to the Bargello and good restaurants. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were lovely…so clean and fresh. We will certainly be back. Thankyou for a fantastic stay."
