"Pleasant stay at Bethany Beach Hotel — clean, well kept, good breakfast, and free water/coffee. Great location near the beach with chair/umbrella vouchers and mini‑golf vouchers as nice extras. The only downside was the parking charge. Otherwise, very good stay."

"I used to work at Hilton Inn. I know how to clean a room and what a clean room is supposed to look like. I was very disappointed. My shower head and drain were brown instead of the original silver it should be. My towels has brown stains all over them. My shower trickled water like a leaking hose. No pressure at all. Basically a drip for a shower. And that alone makes me give this place a negative 0. If I can't properly clean myself especially after the beach then it's a 0 for me. And I know...

"Our room was very clean and was on the 1st floor.😊. There was an incident where the people in the room next door had their music on very loud at midnight. The staff took care of it right away! Very pleased with their response!! The amenities like the pool were located at their sister hotel that was just across the street. That was very nice also."

"We stayed for one night, the suite was very large, very nice size. But we woke to a major ant infestation the next morning. I set my makeup bag on the floor next to my bed (window side of the room), and when I woke up the next morning, it was covered in ants, thousands of ants. There was nothing sugary or unusual in my makeup bag that I could attribute to drawing the ants. We had to vacate the room early. Management did not offer any compensation and did not seem to take our complaint...

"Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!"
