"The room was spacious and clean but rather dated. There was no safe in the room, which lead me to decline housekeeping during the stay. The shampoo was low from the first day, and they do not provide any lotion at all. Frustratingly, we had to jiggle the toilet handle to flush. Due to the aforementioned lack of a safe, I did not want maintenance to come fix it. Also, I would not have booked a club level room, had I been aware that the club is closed on weekends. I'm sure it is nice, but I did not get to utilize it. The only parking options were valet or street parking. This worked out, as street is free on weekends. But a self-parking option would have been nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice, clean, and a good location for us. But I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again."

"The man at the counter greeted us warmly, and helped up to find our room. He also informed us that breakfast isfree and served from 6am-10am. Their breakfast was fresh, and plentiful. Pet fee's start at $75. Hallways and stairs were clean. Good place to stay for a night."

"The room was moderately clean. The shower didn’t work correctly. The TV didn’t work at all. The AC did work well there was a gym advertised but no gym available. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for but disappointing."

"We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they covering up something? The room was VERY warm. Finally figured out the A/C. It did not work with the wall thermostat. In the shower toilet area, the door just barely gets past the toilet. No body wash. Just shampoo and 2 body lotion. bugs flying in the room. We will not be back to this hotel."

"I had 3 different people ask me (with in 12 hours checking in to my room) if I was traveling alone, if I was myself, and if I was checking in alone. I had this hotel rented for 3 days for a reunion and after the 3rd person approached me I found another place to stay for my own personal safety of mind. I was a single female traveling alone and didn't feel very safe of my surroundings"
