"Would recommend this property 10 times out of 10. I’ve stayed here both with and without children over the years and every time is a great experience. The staff are always friendly, attentive and readily available. The rooms are clean and the food provided is always more than I would expect. The location is also great- safe and within walking distance to downtown or to the Arena. I look forward to seeking this accommodation out again in the future."

"loved the staff and the bar, food was good and plenty of it. the room was clean but noticed that there was no bar in the bathroom to help getting out of the tub.
the bathroom door, when open closed off the access to the left side of the bed.
minor things but my husband has artificial knees and had a little difficulty getting out of the shower."
