"Needed a room overnight for an event in Plymouth. This hotel was easily located off the highway in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were beautiful. Front desk staff very helpful. The fitness center was great .. open 24/7. The free breakfast was very good ! The pool was under construction but the weather was chilly!"

"The bedding was very uncomfortable the room had a damp musty smell I mentioned it but could not communicate with housekeeping. The rugs need replacement they smelled we will not be booking with Hampton Inn again"

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had."

"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond."

"The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many...

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"The room was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 1 king bed room. Everything worked as it should check in was easy and quick. "

"It was a good place to stay...a good location. I did not appreciate I could not lower the room temp less than 68 degrees. The occupants the floor above were noisy. It did not subsided even after filing a complaint with the desk. I used the microwave to warm leftovers my last morning there...thank goodness. A sensor was defective resulting in the microwave inoperable. The bell would sound every two minutes. I could not turn it off and quickly became annoying."
