"I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!!
First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!!
EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!!
The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !"

"Staff was helpful, easy check in. Was able to upgrade easily. Lay out and view of the lakes was beautiful. Everything was fairly clean, found hair in the shower but other than that nice. Just what we needed for a get away. Would go again actually! Close to vineyards"
