"WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM.
ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL.
WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE."

"The room was dirty & unkept .
The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival.
When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ?
My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 .
Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL )
