"The desk attendant Lisa was fantastic. After getting to our room, we wanted a luggage stand. She had just sent us a text to ask if we needed anything, so I texted her our request and she brought it up. The first day breakfast hot food selections were barely warm and was almost empty, I didn't bring it to the attention of staff. I just got something else. Later, I noticed that new trays of hot food came out. I think they should have removed the food items that were not hot enough and left a sign that hot food was on it's way. FYI, many businesses are closed on Mondays. Check online and see what is open before going. We were there Sun. pm - Tues. am. Monday am we went to the Seneca Falls Public Library and the librarians were very helpful in giving us ideas of where to go to for the day."

"We recently stayed at Finger Lakes Treehouse for our anniversary getaway and overall had a very unique and memorable experience. The entire property is absolutely aesthetically beautiful and feels very peaceful and relaxing. It’s the perfect place for couples wanting to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with each other. The atmosphere is quiet, surrounded by nature, and truly feels like a little escape. You can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into the design of the property. We enjoyed our time there and created special memories during our anniversary weekend."

"Rating listed as a 9.0 property. I would say it’s more of a 7.0. Looks to be an older motel converted into a western theme. Outdoor deck doesn’t look to have been cleaned yet this season. I think they own the spa across the street, I’d recommend staying there"

"Way ok expensive for what it is! And over rated. It’s clean but don’t be fooled by the pictures it’s an old hotel by the side of a highway. You hear your neighbors and people in the hallway, if you are not up at 6 there is no breakfast, the coffee was water, the toilet was running all the time unless we giggled the handle and no screen on our window, Plus this area stinks because of a dump near by!"
