"The Modern Studio was everything that was pictured and more! The hosts were very accommodating, gracious and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is on a wooded lot and the private studio apt is attached to the home. The landscaping is beautiful! We actually had a hummingbird visitor outside the window box that was full of flowers.
