"The front desk staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My only small complaint is about the room not being well vacuumed ( I saw nail clippings by the garbage can and hair on the bathroom floor). Towels were soft and clean. The bed and pillows were lovely!!"

"arrived to check in on July 25, 2025 and found motel closed and out of business. no one contacted me from Hotels.com or Motel 6 in Llion, NY to inform me that the hotel closed since I booked it in December 2024. Had to make other arrangements since it was the baseball hall of fame weekend and no other hotels were available. stayed one hour and a half from Cooperstown, NY."
