"Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. "I only stayed one night. I thought that it was a little overpriced. But when I checked the bed, which I always do first, I found that the Sheets appeared to be nicely folded and crisp. Almost like they had been done at a professional laundry. I have stayed at other lower budget places and have had reservations sometimes. In those places the sheets appear wrinkled but clean. I chalked that up to them not having been folded after they were cleaned, but I always wonder in the back of my mind if...
