"The Perth Cat Bus that leaves from outside the apartment was amazing - linking up to other Cat services & Public Transport. Apartment was fine - if you are staying longer than a week it needs to be serviced (which is additional) Would recommend the area, close to City & Kings Park (walking distance) local restaurants were great & the best coffee @ Let’s Eat (Vietnamese - Owners Q & T were amazing)"

"I liked the location of the property and the self serve kitchen the bonus of the kitchen was the room didn't smell like food after having a meal and the no smoking on site even tho I'm a smoker. I didn't like the fact there is no onsite car park."

"The Welcome email listed a schedule of fines starting at $1,500 down to $65 for various items incl cleaning the oven. The oven was filthy, cupboard doors did not fit properly, lights did not work including entry light which was very difficult at night. The outdoor table was rusty with sharp edges capable of a nasty cut. There was no real welcome pack advising how everything worked, local amentities, etc. Had we not checked the oven then no doubt we could have been charged plus fixing cupboard...

"Great location, but must be security conscious at all time as people mill about all the time. Noise from the market, pubs, clubs and people wandering around was a problem as this impacted on our sleep which was not helped by the substandard mattresses on all beds which need to be replaced. The bunk bed needs to be pinned to the wall to make it stable as it sways every time you roll over. Heating could have been better in the main lounge and main bedroom. "One Small window opened onto a smelly drain and a tiny space that was a gap between buildings. Couldn’t leave it open even if the smell wasnt there due to restaurant noise from a kitchen 2 metres from window. Warning- The check in procedure requires uploading a video of yourself in combination with ID. There is no privacy policy to be found and when I asked whether my personal details would be deleted after my stay, they replied, don’t worry the company who does the checking is highly regarded....
