"Hotel was a little disappointing. Rooms felt cold and uninviting and you could tell that there was routine maintenance that had been neglected. Countertops in the bathroom were stained and the light fixture was rusted and dirty. Bed was HARD and my husband and I barely slept either of the two nights we stayed. Staff called our room at 11pm and accused us of banging on the walls when we had both been quietly laying in bed for the last 2 hours, TRYING to fall asleep. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. You could tell everything had just been reheated and nothing was fresh. Would I stay here again? No. For the same price, I'd rather go somewhere else."

"Leaking shower, bad wifi, TVs/remotes don't work, weird smells coming from the AC unit. Terrible staff. Had to move rooms due to the toilet not flushing. Staff didn't even offer to help move my things to the new room. Acted like I was bothering them any time I brought up an issue. Worst hotel experience. Skip this location. Even after everything I mentioned, the manager said I wasn't owed any compensation for anything."

"My wife fell in front of the reception because someone had dropped chocolate - staff didn’t clean up what’ was in front of them till someone got hurt, minimal empathy to help , follow up . "

"Hair dryer was broken plug was cracked so wouldn't work . Shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall . Ac was very loud and clanking. Wife asked for spare hair dryer and they didn't have one . We had this same room 13 months ago with the same issues room 207"
