"The location is great (a short walk to main, convent and pippi beaches) and reception staff are super lovely. The residence itself is like a time capsule from 1990 - everything is very tired and run down but functional, we honestly only slept there so it didn't bother us too much as we booked for the location which was close to our friends house on Ocean Street. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, some of the cutlery was dirty and there was lots of crumbs in the utensil drawers but...

"This is our third time staying at The Surf Yamba and honestly I don’t want to stay anywhere else! We were in Yamba for 2 nights but The Surf was only available for one. While our other nights accommodation wasn’t cheap, wow did we appreciate The Surf that much more when we checked in. It’s all the little things that just add up to a marvellous stay. "Slightly older rooms, but they are clean and very spacious, with big kitchen and bathroom. Great for families, but also couples. Resort pool and spa area, with pool bar, is heavenly! Spa being adults only, and a separate pool for kids is a great touch, that makes it pleasant for couples even when there are lots of families staying. Restaurant on site has decent food and staff are very friendly. Nice quiet location. Only negative is the poor wi-fi, which is nice for the disconnect, but makes it...
