"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...

"The hotel was nice and lovely, the staffs are very friendly but the water park don’t come with the hotel. I wasn’t expecting to pay for water park when it should in the pricing. "
