"The stay was amazing. The kitchen was fully prep'd for cooking and the laundry options were just like being at home. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for our family. We were comfortable and had an incredible time in Nashville. We would highly recommend this for a big group or a family. We will be coming back. Thank you."

"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. "We loved the space and location! However, there were some issues on cleaning and eventually a plumbing issue that caused us to have to leave the location early and go to a hotel. I gave the score based on the idea of what this would have been like without the issues which would have been a full star review but the issues brought it down. "
