"One of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time we were there. This made it close to impossible to get down from our room or go up to our room in a timely manner. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to go up or down every single time."

"Was a nice stay for my weekend but will say the property itself was a little dirty as well my sheets on my bed had stains on them which I had to ask for new ones . But overall the staff was friendly and helpful"

"2 stars only because the staff was genuinely nice.
We were transferred to this location after having issues checking into the Motel 6 in Pico Rivera. (Pico Rivera location was MUCH cleaner than this one.)
The staff here was friendly and did their best, but unfortunately the room itself was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in. There was water damage on the ceilings, the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, the knob was loose, the floors were filthy, the bedsheets didn’t feel...

"We’ve stayed at this Motel 6 before and never had any issues, which made this experience even more frustrating.
We arrived about 45 minutes before the check-in “cutoff” time. I had even called ahead and was told the office was open 24 hours. When we got there, nobody was available to check us in, and no one answered the office.
We ended up waiting almost an hour trying to figure out what was going on. Another couple arrived shortly after us and had the exact same problem. Thankfully Expedia...
