"Hello, The property is well located in front of supermarket with free parking. It is a challenge to English speaking clients since most of the staff doesn’t speak English so be ready to use a translator. Also, during our 3 days stay, nobody was cleaning a room and we were need to remind and wait for this. The breakfast is average with less variety than other hotels are offering. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend using this hotel for international guests."

"Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch. Parken ist auf jeden Fall teuer und zeitaufwendig. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns (3 Personen) in einem Zimmer mit 2 Betten eingecheckt. Danach war sie sehr genervt, weil wir uns beschwert haben. Ein absolutes No-Go!!! Auch wenn wir kein slovenisch sprechen (ich hab bulgarische Wurzeln) merken wir, wenn sich die beiden Damen unangemessen über die Gäste unterhalten. Fürs Protokoll: Augen verdrehen ist keine Höflichkeitsgeste. Nirgends auf der Welt!"

"L'hotel è perfetto su tutti i punti di vista. La colazione è buona e abbondante, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il letto è molto comodo. Il personale è molto disponibile. Unico neo è il wifi, che funzionava ma era molto lento (penso a chi magari deve fare una video conferenza per lavoro). Inoltre la pulizia è ogni 3 giorni, che è ok, ma non ho capito se c'è la possibilità di richiederla anche prima. Ci tornerei sicuramente!"

"Parking was someone easy. I say this because crossing the bridge to get there was quite sketchy. The room was not that great. The bathroom was extremely small. My wife is 5'8 and she hit her head on the bathroom door. There is a heater/ radiator in the room but it was quite ineffective. We woke up the next morning. Very cold. We woke up in the middle of the night. It's very cold. Why were we were there? Low was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit. And it was still really cold with the heat turned up full...

"A bit of a cross between a hotel and a hostel, more on the hotel side. It is utilitarian, being I suspect a former industrial building, but the room was ensuite and comfortable, though there was no aircon and Wroclaw was over 30C. The kitchen was useful and fairly well equipped, though some more plates/pans would have been useful. The location is good, it is north of the cathedral about 10-15 minutes walk from the Rynek, but probably too far to walk from the railway station or airport bus stops...
