"Staff are very nice.The hotel is close to the train station and very accessible .Everything is very good.The only minor issue that we encountered is that , there is no dryer available, but at least you can wash your dirty clothes.There is also a designated place by the balcony where you can hang your clothes.They have 2 options for breakfast which is good but becomes repetitive especially when you stay there for more than 3 days to a week. Overall.. We had an excellent experience while staying...

"It's a cozy and clean place. Walking distance to multiple subway stations, might be a little tough if you have a big suitcase. It's a safe neighborhood to walk even at night. There is a washer in the unit. Drying process is not straight forward. Drying hanger was provided hanging directly under the dryer vent."

"This was my second stay at this location. It is just steps from the covered shopping areas and Nishiki Market. The hotel itself is very quiet and serene and boasts an interior courtyard with a tree growing in a shallow pool. Coffee and sake are complimentary in the lobby and the rooms feature traditional style furnishings, including a Hiba wood soaking tub. The showers are fantastic and having a laundry machine, fridge and microwave in each room is a welcome bonus. I really enjoy this hotel."
