"Modern, quiet, convenient hotel by Toyuso station. Restaurant, small supermarket, Starbucks are available if needed. The view was magnificent, overlooking water and city. Coffee and tea in room. Vending machine and washer-dryer for minimal fee. Love the warm bidet, toiletries included even pajama set. Didn’t purchase breakfast coz it was a lot cheaper to eat outside or we stop by conbini for munchies. So far happy with our stay! Worth the price!"

"駅から遠いいが歩けない距離ではない。施設は大浴場があるが脱衣所が非常に狭くて時間帯によっては着替えるのを待ってないといけなかった。各階に氷やレンジなどがなくやや不便。 部屋は壁の汚れがありそのままの状態な感じが気になった。ホテルの目の前にイオンがありコンビニも隣にあり便利だった。お値段的には満足で少し泊まる分には全然問題ない。"

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar onsite was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Afternoon and evening snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel was in a central area close to shopping and options for train stations. Walkability was also a bonus. Great room amenities. Comfortable bed. We would stay here again. Thank you. "We had a lovely stay at Tolsei. The room was clean and amenities were great. I especially enjoyed the rain shower. The room layout was a bit tight, which I was expecting but wished there had been a few design details to help with storing luggage and clothes. The entryway of the room is right by where the shower is, so you walk into the room with your shoes in the same area where you exit the shower. There were also no hooks or places to hang towels and no room to store suitcases, so we had to...

"I really appreciated the staff; they were incredibly helpful every day. However, the rooms are quite small with no storage for two or three people. While the location is close to the train station, it’s a bit far from some of the main sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, but be aware that many tour groups stay here, so it gets very crowded in the morning. Next time I’m in Tokyo, I’ll likely try a different hotel."

"A great accommodation option, if you like to have the option of cooking breakfast or dinner, and eat at home on a dining table. Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!"
