"Wie ich ankam, empfing mich ein Schild Ruhetag. Ich dachte das sei für die Laufkundschaft, aber nein keine Speisen oder Getränke zu erhalten. Ich wieder ins Auto und einen Gasthof gesucht, denn ich hatte Hunger. Das Zimmer ging. Am 2. Tag das selbe: Frühstück und danach war ich auf mich selbst gestellt. Also kein Urlaub!!!!! Ich verlange die Hälfte meiner Kosten für die Unterkunft zurück, da ich dort gezwungen war mich anderweitig zu versorgen."

Vanue says they send the code, but don't respond to any request to confirm the phone number they send it to and they don't provide any proof of sending it. Only got one very rude mail from them in German (after contacting them in English) saying they sent the code by text. In the end we had to find a different place to stay. Don't boom. They're scammers."
