"Very clean and good staff"

"Tertemiz ortam, yüzü gülen çalışanlar; tekrar tercih edilesi.. Çok teşekkürler."

"We didn’t stay here, we booked and arrived but it had closed for the season. The owners, after we contacted them, collected us and took us to their other hotel which, was appreciated of course."

"Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast"

"The location is more than perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Meydan, right in the center of restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

"Had a great experience at Hann Hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. Big thanks to Hamza and Abdullah for their hospitality and making us feel welcome. Cheers guys!"

"Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport."

"It was good. Breakfast was good."

"The staff at the reception were so competent and polite especially the lady who was at the reception desk when I checked in on the afternoon of the 12th of October, unfortunately I don't remember her name .The location of the hotel was great in the city centre. The breakfast was good the lobby was nice."

"Highly accommodating staff, good breakfast, and convenient location with a view of the masjid and sea. Walkable area."

"Don't believe the ratings of this property!!! This was a huge dissapointment. It's not a hotel! It was advertised as 50m2 Two Bedroom Suit. It was only about 25m2. One of the bedrooms was packed with 3 beds and one couldn't even find a place to stand. In the Bathroom there was a constant noise of running sewage water from the drain. The Bathroom was really small - the shower was over the toilet seat. Though it was advertised to be equipped with a kitchen, there was only a kettle and one plate...

"The location of this hotel was perfect; a short walk to evrything; the buses stopped right in front the hotel. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Cleaning of the room was done on request. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Trabzon."

"Oda çok pisti ama Resepsiyon’a şikayet edince hemen temizlendi ve tüm yatak çarşaf ve tastık kılıfları yenileri ile değiştirildi. Banyo bakımsız kalmış bir daha kalırmısın deseniz kalmam diyecem"
