The hotel was an excellent location. It was a bit of a surprise that there was a $40 optional fee for cleaning the rooms, but they did graciously refresh towels for free if you declined. Check in process was very clear and convenient. Room was clean and centrally located. There was no mirror in the bedroom, but that was only a minor inconvenience.

Ballard's sweet suites
Great neighborhood and great stay for the price. Room is small but it was clean and secure.

Sweet Suites Capitol Hill
Good value for the price, a few isssues like wifi stopped working and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Didn’t complain because my stay was short. They also charged undisclosed fees like a cleaning fee and deposit. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.
